Jeannette: A New Musical

Written by America's most produced playwright Lauren M. Gunderson and pop music sensation Ari Afsar, the musical Jeannette heralds one person’s radical voice in America’s ongoing journey toward equal rights for all.  

"We Won't Sleep" features composer and lyricist Ari Afsar alongside featured artists Genesis Be, MILCK, Mermaid, and MA/SA. The album can be found on all major music platforms.

Jeannette was part of an incredible collaboration with Dance Lab New York, culminating in a fundraiser hosted by Misty Copeland. Three choreographers worked remotely with dancers to create pieces set to music from our album "We Won't Sleep."
